Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to orders placed on atlastudio.ai and is governed by EU and Spanish consumer law. It sets out your statutory rights; we currently do not offer returns beyond what the law requires.

Pre-order cancellations

Bimo is sold as a pre-order. If you cancel before your unit has been dispatched, you will receive a full refund, including any shipping paid.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

• To exercise it, email support@atlastudio.ai within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and that you wish to withdraw.
• Return the item within 14 days of notifying us. It must be complete and in re-saleable condition.
• You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.
• We refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof that you sent it back), using the same payment method you used.

Faulty or damaged items

Under the EU legal guarantee, products are covered for 2 years against lack of conformity. If your Bimo arrives faulty or damaged, or develops a defect that prevents normal use, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you. Please report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to a consumer's custom specifications. Standard Bimo units are covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal.
